Delivery Policy

Delivery Policy:

• We at Robinsons Caravans Limited currently deliver , track and offer insurance with our carrier Parcel force Worldwide.

• When delivery is made by Parcel force Worldwide within England, Wales & parts of Scotland excluding Highlands & Islands

• Next day / overnight may be available to UK destinations at extra charge - contact us to discuss.

• For Deliveries outside of the delivery area please contact us.

• Insurance is available on all deliveries and is calculated as 2% of the total order value this can be added to your order at checkout , is this an optional charge .

• We aim to dispatch all goods within 3 working days from clearance of payment, should delivery be other than this we will notify you. (Saturday and Sunday is not classed as a working day)

• All deliveries are made by courier and require a signature. They will usually be delivered between 8AM and 5PM on working days only. Please assist us by ensuring that someone will be available to sign for the goods. Please let us know if you need deliveries outside these times.

 

Returns Policy:

• All breakages or deficiencies should be notified to us within 24 hours of receipt in writing by fax on 01246 204204 , or email on counter1@robinsonscaravans.co.uk

• For returns contact us in writing by fax on 01246 204204 , or email on counter1@robinsonscaravans.co.uk  no return will be accepted without a "Returns Note Number"

• Robinsons Caravans retain the right to impose a 20 % restocking charge on none faulty returns.

• On breakages / deficiencies postage ( max £15) will be refunded upon confirmation that the fault is ours.

• The customer is responsible for the item or items on any return until they reach Robinsons Caravans Limited.

• No reimbursements will be issued until it is established where the problem lies.
