Complaints Procedure

Whilst we do our utmost to ensure that we always deal with all our customers in a fair and transparent way, unfortunately, there are times that things can go wrong. If you find that we have been unable to provide an answer or solution to any issue with a product or service that we supply to you, we want you to know that we strongly value Customer Service and make raising a complaint with us both quickly and easily. Complaints should be made to us in writing in the first instance and should include:

  • Your name and Contact details
  • Any reasonable adjustments that may be required due to disability.
  • Clear details regarding the nature of the complaint.
  • Detail of any previous informal complaints and discussions.
  • Attach any supporting evidence.
  • Details of the outcome that you would like from making a complaint.
