Here at Robinsons Caravans, we understand the importance of maintaining your caravan throughout its lifetime. That's why we have acquired an Approved Workshop Status, meaning whether you're looking for regular caravan servicing or any caravan repairs, you can rest assured that when you leave your pride and joy in our care, it will be in professional, confident hands and the work carried out will be to the highest standard.

Approved Workshop Status – What does this mean?

The Approved Workshop Scheme for caravans was created in 1978 and is the only scheme in the UK to be supported by all major caravan manufacturers.

Consisting of a joint enterprise between the NCC (National Caravan Council), The Caravan and Motorhome Club and The Camping and Caravanning Club, it is now the largest group of independently assessed workshops and is seen as the benchmark for motorhome and caravan servicing in the UK.

As an Approved Workshop, we are required to pass an annual inspection and comply with the Scheme's stringent standards, to give you complete confidence that the work carried out on your caravan is executed to the highest of standards.

To remain compliant with our Approved Workshop status, we ensure our workshop is equipped with the latest tools and technology to take on a whole host of servicing, MOT and insurance repairs. Our technicians attend regular training to remain up to date with all the latest technical knowledge and information so that we can keep your touring caravan running like new.
